Of Warkworth (previously Snells Beach and Howick), passed away on September 29 2025, aged 96 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Joyce Elaine Field. Cherished father of Brenda and Diane, beloved grandfather of Warrick, Phillip, and Vincent Allen-Baines, and great grandfather of Maximus, Damian, and Thiano. Much loved by Maria Paz, Marcela, Mali, Allanah-May, nieces and nephews, and extended family. A gentleman and a kind soul, Vic will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him. Passed away peacefully at home with his beloved wife Catherine by his side on Friday 5 September 2025. Simon was a dearly loved husband, treasured father of Rebecca, Charlotte, James and Maddie, and cherished father-in-law of Stef, Evan, Nari and Andrew. Adored Poppy to Coco, Ruby, Hunter, Frankie, Izzy, Austin and Rocky. His kindness, humour, and love for family and friends will be remembered always. A service to celebrate Simon’s life will be held at The Stables, Matakana, on Thursday 11 September at 1.00pm. All who knew and loved Simon are warmly invited to attend and share in honouring his life. Although Simon did not have cancer, it was his wish that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Cancer Society to support their important work. In her 95th year, Jo passed away peacefully on 11 August 2025. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Jenny and Mark, Bruce, Marion and Neil, and Bev and Garth. Reunited at last with her late husband Edgar. Loving Nana of 13 grandchildren and loving Great Nana of her 10 great grandchildren. Jo lived a full and wonderful life with lots of love, laughter, and countless treasured memories. Jo’s kindness, generosity, and quick wit will be missed by all.
