(nee Algie) Born Auckland, National Women’s Hospital on 14 February 1943. Peacefully passed away at Solemar Rest Home, Orewa on 3 May 2026, aged 83. Dearly loved wife of Vince. Loved Mum of Paul, Louise, and Bruce. Cherished Nana of Lelani, Zorran, and Malia. Treasured sister of Colleen, the late David Pye, Grant, and Diane Algie. Loved Aunty to many. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Ward 5 & 6 for their loving care at North Shore Hospital, and also to Solemar Hospital Rest Home for their loving care. They were wonderful in her final days. A service to celebrate Ros’s life will be held at besoul Funerals, 12 Gumfield Drive, Warkworth on Thursday 7 May 2026 at 11.00am, to be followed by private cremation.
