Passed away peacefully at Amberlea Rest Home, on 27 April 2025, aged 89. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian. Loved mother and mother in law of Auric and Lisa, and Lara and Ian Callachan. Love ‘Omi’ to Serina, Nina, Stella, and Brooke. Her character and stories will always live on in our hearts. A heartfelt thanks to the staff at Amberlea for the compassion and care they showed Mum in her final years. It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter Caitlin on 23 April 2025, aged 22. Caitlin was a gift to our family, and her presence brought so much joy and love. She was a bright, funny, and compassionate girl who touched the lives of everyone she met. She fought bravely with mental illness for many years, and we will forever cherish the memories of her smile, her laughter, and her unwavering spirit. Though her time with us was cut tragically short, her love will endure. Ruth Munro passed away peacefully on 12 April 2025 with family by her side, aged 82. Dearly loved wife of the late Don Munro. Hung up his keys for the last time on 1st April 2025, aged 76, after a long brave fight. Beloved husband of Bev, much loved and respected Dad of Lisa and Toni, great mate of Hotop and kindred of Thomson. A valued member of Warkworth’s Fire and Rescue Services for over 30 years and later of the Mangonui Lions’ Club. Bruce lived his life in service to his community and his close family. 16 June 1945 - 26 March 2025. Kevin died peacefully at North Shore Hospital after a long illness. Loved Uncle and Great Uncle to Maree, John and Marilyn, Aaron, Jody, Ava and Emilie, and Jazz, Carl, Casey and Roy. Kevin will be sadly missed by us all. George lived a full and happy life. He was a gentle, wise, and great man. Died peacefully on 19 March 2025, at home on the farm, Te Hana. Počivaj u miru. Nick Davidson died suddenly and peacefully on Saturday 8th March 2025 at home, aged 76. Dearly loved husband of Rosie and loving father of Guy, Annabel, and Tommy. Adored Pop Pop of Olive, Kingi, Annie, Mack, Wolfie, Tom Tom, Winnie, and Lou Lou. Loved father-in-law of Simon, Evie, and Jessie. Cherished friend to many.
