It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Mervyn Roy Howlett (born 28 May1946) on Saturday 11 April 2026. Best husband a lady could ask for, and the best Dad/poppa in the world, Marvelous Merv of Algies Bay. Loved son of the late Roy and Edith, much adored husband of 58 years of Jenny, father of Brett, Grant, and Mark. Father in law of Hayley, and Poppa to Corbin, Mila ,Georgia, Brittany, Maria, and Sean. A service to celebrate Merv’s life will be held at besoul Funerals, 12 Gumfield Drive, Warkworth on Friday 17 April 2026 at 11.00am.
